Complete was hired as appraisers for this beautiful property located in Gulf Breeze, FL. We had been recommended by the builder Mr. Roger Bontrager of Bontrager Builders who had restored the residence after Hurricane Dennis hit the Florida panhandle in 2005. The residence had taken significant water damage from a clogged drain on the second floor and the repairs on this custom house were well in excess of the allowances included in standardized pricing.
A fair appraiser was sent out by the insurer for Citizens and an agreement was reached in short order. We are pleased with developing a relationship and there are references available from the owner, the contractor and the other appraiser.
