Complete was retained by the liability insurer for a well-known, local builder in Destin, FL. The builder has a reputation for quality construction and attention to detail. In this case steps had been added to the side entry of a beautiful home after the construction was complete. There was some discussion as to whether or not the steps were struck by the front wheels of a golf cart causing them to become dislodged. Regardless, a renter unfortunately broke her leg when the steps gave way. Complete was brought in to examine the physical components of the steps and the associated codes.
