Complete General Contractors was pleased to be referred to this property following Hurricane Ike by one of their many friends in the contracting industry in Texas. The local contractor had worked for months attempting to gain agreement of the exterior and interior damage to the Woodhollow Apartments. The roofs had become damaged by high winds and as result of trees falling in this heavily wooded community.
The property included fourteen buildings 8,000 s.f each for a total of almost 100,000 s.f. Complete provided for a careful review of every unit both rooftop, exterior and interior. The result of this review was thousands of pages of pricing, thousands of pictures and a reasonable agreed number with the insurer.
