Complete, Inc. was hired after Hurricane Bonnie hit Shallotte, N.C. This building was three stories with massive skylights and required careful attention to the planning and safety of the men. The owners of the building made the good decision to upgrade the shingle installation and we glad to be a part of it. The shingles were hand cemented over a quality installation of 30# felt.
